Who Should Attend: Platform Analytics Administrators who already administer the Platform Analytics application and want to deepen their analytics, indicator, and visualization skills.
Prerequisites: Welcome to ServiceNow; ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals or equivalent experience; Platform Analytics (PA) Overview; Platform Analytics (PA) Fundamentals or equivalent. A high-level understanding of Platform Analytics architecture, components, data flow, stakeholders, and deployment is required. Completion of the free, on-demand Platform Analytics (PA) Fundamentals Review is strongly recommended if learners have not been actively practicing PA concepts.Certification & Exam Information
