This 1-day course will cover the Power BI report layouts and structure the agile process to creating Power BI data visualizations. The course includes various design patterns of dashboards and reports and best practices to authoring great reports and dashboards for the business users.

You Will Learn How To:

  • Understand the art behind visualizations
  • Understand implications behind choosing the right charts
  • Understand the impact of color
  • Understand the shape and size
  • Understand the use of Power BI custom visuals

  • Prerequisites

    Foundational level knowledge of Power BI. For example, via Dashboard in a Day workshop or via Deploying and Managing Office 365 Hybrid Deployments Training (10984).
